The Role
We’re hiring a Full-Time Live Operations Specialist to support and execute daily luxury livestreams. This is a hands-on, in-studio role and not entry-level — prior live experience and designer product knowledge are mandatory.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring every live show runs smoothly, efficiently, and at a high standard, from pre-show preparation to post-show reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage livestream backend tools on TikTok Shop and eBay Live
Prepare, organize, and track designer handbag inventory for live shows
Support hosts in real time (product pinning, backend controls, monitoring live performance)
Track live sales, bids, and inventory movement during shows
Coordinate pre-show setup including product layout, lighting checks, and system readiness
Execute post-show wrap-ups: sales recaps, inventory reconciliation, and issue tracking
Troubleshoot live issues quickly and calmly under pressure
Collaborate with hosts, inventory, and marketing teams to improve show flow and execution
Required Qualifications
Prior livestream experience required
(TikTok Live / TikTok Shop, eBay Live, Whatnot, Instagram Live, or similar)
Hands-on experience with designer luxury products
(Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Gucci, Dior, etc.)
Strong understanding of luxury condition standards and product handling
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable in fast-paced environments
Comfortable working in sales-driven live settings
Must be based in Los Angeles — full-time, on-site role
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Mandarin Chinese language skills
Experience supporting high-volume or multi-hour live shows
Familiarity with live commerce analytics or backend tools
