Job Description

The Role

The main purpose of Fleet Specialist Ford is to collect, collate and analyze various and several internal and external composite data and documents related to the activity, supporting the National Sales Company identifying and prioritizing improvements and growth opportunities.

Moreover, Fleet Specialist is responsible for the support of the Ford fleet sales dept.: key responsibilities include providing back-office support to the Fleet Manager, handling customer and rental company inquiries, developing support programs (dedicated discount schemes) for corporate clients, and managing departmental reporting.

About you

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented towards teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. The Fleet Specialist we are looking for must have the following responsibilities:

Support the NSC Management and the Fleet & Remarketing Dept;

Operational management of the fleet sales;

Back office support the Ford Fleet Manager and KAM’s team;

Preparation and sending of dedicated discount schemes for big companies;

Use the NSC operating systems for managing the various phases of fleet sales activity;

Management and use of NSC systems for orders entry;

Daily management of client and leasing companies’ requests;

Regularly updating operational files, monitoring sales performance;

Preparation of periodic sales reports for management;

Collect and provide analysis, on basis of management requests;

Prepare all supporting materials and attend regular meetings (with FoI, FoE and external providers);

Manage email requests of other FoI Departments.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration;

Advanced user of Office tools;

Advanced user of analytical tools (advanced knowledge of Excel is mandatory, PowerBI is a plus);

Good knowledge of English and Italian, spoken and written;

Strong proactivity;

Excellent communication skills;

Interpersonal skills;

Ability to propose new analytical solutions;

Problem solving/analytical thinking and approach;

Experience in using BI tools and data mining is considered a plus.
