About the Role

As a German-speaking Area Sales Manager (all genders), you will be the key commercial driver for the DACH region, combining technical understanding with consultative sales excellence.

You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them define the right air purification solutions for their processes—long before talking about products.

This is a fully remote role based in Germany, with high autonomy and strong international exposure.

What You’ll Do

Identify and develop new business opportunities across the DACH region

Build and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business targets

Understand customer processes and translate needs into tailored technical solutions

Conduct customer visits and deliver clear, structured visit reports

Manage forecasting per customer and product to support production planning

Monitor market trends and identify new potential clients and applications

Collaborate closely with Engineering to refine technical proposals and solutions

Support Marketing with insights, content, and customer success stories

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or similar)

5+ years of experience in technical sales / sales engineering

Strong background in VOC abatement, air pollution control, solvent recovery, or clean technologies

Proven ability to manage complex technical sales cycles in industrial environments

Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical complexity into clear business value

Fluent German and English (written and spoken)

Structured, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects independently

Willingness to travel within the DACH region
