About the role
Cerchiamo un/una Addetto/a gestione clienti per hub logistico con 45 addetti, attivo nelle spedizioni B2B e nei trasporti nazionali. Nel nostro team seguirai il contatto quotidiano con clienti, autisti e ufficio operativo, con ritmi sostenuti e priorità che cambiano durante la giornata.
La persona inserita farà da punto di riferimento per richieste su ritiri, consegne e giacenze. Insieme costruiremo una gestione ordinata dei flussi: apertura ticket su gestionale trasporti, verifica DDT e aggiornamento di circa 70-90 spedizioni giornaliere, oltre al monitoraggio delle segnalazioni fino alla chiusura con riscontro al cliente. È un ruolo pratico. Serve attenzione.

Requisiti:
diploma di scuola superiore
anche senza esperienza pregressa
buona dimestichezza con Excel, posta elettronica e inserimento dati su gestionale
capacità di leggere DDT e registrare anomalie di consegna con precisione
predisposizione al contatto con il cliente e alla collaborazione con magazzino e traffico
ordine, rapidità e gestione delle priorità
Orario full-time su 5 giorni.
