About the role
Realtà specializzata nella vendita di tecnologie per il sonno rigenerante ricerca una figura di Addetto/a alla Gestione Clienti da inserire nel proprio team.
La figura si occuperà della gestione del portafoglio clienti e del supporto nelle diverse fasi del processo di vendita.
Mansioni:
Gestione e assistenza clienti telefonica e via email
Supporto informativo sui prodotti e sulle tecnologie per il sonno
Inserimento e aggiornamento dati nel gestionale aziendale
Follow-up clienti e attività di fidelizzazione
Coordinamento con il team commerciale per la gestione delle richieste
Supporto nelle attività amministrative di base legate al cliente.
Requisiti richiesti:
Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
Predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico
Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e pacchetto Office
Attitudine al problem solving e precisione
Esperienza, anche minima, in ruoli a contatto con la clientela (preferibile).
