About the role
Azienda operante nel settore della fornitura di sistemi per bevande calde a marchio proprio ricerca una figura da inserire all’interno del team Customer Care.
La figura si occuperà della gestione quotidiana dei clienti, fornendo supporto operativo e assistenza nelle attività commerciali e nella gestione degli ordini.
Mansioni
Gestione clienti tramite telefono e mail;
Inserimento e gestione ordini nel gestionale aziendale;
Supporto pre-vendita e assistenza commerciale ai clienti;
Monitoraggio ordini e coordinamento con la logistica;
Supporto amministrativo e operativo alla rete vendita.
Requisiti richiesti
Preferibile esperienza, anche minima, in attività di assistenza clienti o supporto commerciale;
Ottime doti comunicative e predisposizione al contatto con il cliente;
Buona dimestichezza con i principali strumenti informatici e software gestionali;
Precisione operativa, capacità organizzative e attitudine alla risoluzione delle problematiche;
Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza della lingua inglese.
