About the role
Realtà operante nel settore commerciale ricerca un/una Addetto/a Data Entry e Supporto Commerciale da inserire nel proprio organico per attività di gestione dati e supporto ai processi di acquisizione clienti.
La figura si occuperà dell’inserimento, aggiornamento e gestione dei dati clienti, supportando al contempo le attività commerciali e di contatto preliminare con la clientela.
Mansioni:
Inserimento e aggiornamento dati anagrafici e commerciali su gestionale aziendale
Registrazione e monitoraggio delle informazioni relative ai clienti e ai contatti commerciali
Supporto alle attività di acquisizione nuovi clienti (inserimento lead e contatti)
Aggiornamento e gestione database commerciale
Controllo e verifica della correttezza dei dati inseriti
Supporto operativo al team commerciale e back office vendite
Archiviazione digitale documenti e pratiche.
Requisiti richiesti:
Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e pacchetto Office
Diploma di maturità
Precisione, affidabilità e attenzione al dettaglio
Capacità organizzative e rispetto delle scadenze
Offerta:
Contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi
Formazione retribuita
Orario full-time.
