Inseriamo nel nostro organico un/a Addetto/a gestione clienti per studio di consulenza con 6 professionisti attivi a Trento. Sarai il punto di riferimento quotidiano per una clientela mista privati e imprese.
Attività principali
Accoglienza clienti in sede e gestione primo contatto telefonico
Aggiornamento schede cliente su gestionale interno (~40 contatti/giorno)
Pianificazione appuntamenti e coordinamento con i consulenti del team
Gestione pratiche amministrative di apertura e rinnovo contratti
Supporto nella preparazione di reportistica periodica su portafoglio assegnato
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola superiore
ottime capacità relazionali e attitudine al problem solving
buona conoscenza strumenti Office e gestionali
precisione nell'inserimento dati e gestione scadenze
disponibilità entro 2 settimane
