Accoglienza e assistenza consulenziale ai clienti in negozio
Gestione delle richieste e raccolta delle esigenze di acquisto
Presentazione dei prodotti con attenzione alle caratteristiche e ai vantaggi
Aggiornamento delle informazioni clienti nel gestionale aziendale
Supporto nella fase conclusiva della vendita e follow-up post-acquisto
Coordinamento con il team interno per ordini e logistica
Requisiti
Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
Capacità comunicative e relazionali consolidate
Buona dimestichezza con strumenti digitali e gestionali
Attitudine al problem-solving e alla collaborazione
Disponibilità full time
Offerta e benefit

Orario full time, dal lunedì al venerdì, 9:00-18:00 con pausa
