About the role
Per ampliamento del nostro team operativo, cerchiamo un/una Addetto/a alla gestione clienti da inserire in punto vendita della Grande Distribuzione Organizzata. La figura sarà il riferimento quotidiano per la clientela, curando ogni fase del rapporto con attenzione e professionalità.
Principali attività:
Accoglienza clienti all'ingresso e orientamento all'interno del punto vendita
Gestione richieste informative su prodotti, promozioni e servizi
Rilevazione e registrazione reclami con aggiornamento su sistema gestionale
Supporto operativo alle casse rapide e gestione code nei picchi orari
Collaborazione con il reparto vendite per tenuta anagrafiche e preferenze clientela
Offerta e benefit:
Contratto a tempo determinato 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga
Orario full-time 40 ore settimanali su turni
Buoni pasto
Formazione continua su procedure servizio clienti e prodotti
Orario flessibile nei weekend
Requisiti:
diploma di maturità o qualifica professionale
anche senza esperienza pregressa, si valutano prime esperienze
ottime capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente
buona conoscenza strumenti informatici (pacchetto Office, email)
Orario full-time su turni dal lunedì alla domenica con riposi compensativi.
