Per ampliamento del team operativo ricerchiamo Addetto/a gestione clienti per attività di front office e coordinamento richieste. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il responsabile di area, gestendo comunicazioni e appuntamenti con clienti privati e aziende.
Ti occuperai di accogliere le richieste, aggiornare le anagrafiche nel gestionale interno, programmare le agende dei referenti e seguire le pratiche dal primo contatto fino alla conclusione. Collaborerai con i reparti tecnici per garantire risposte rapide e precise.
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola superiore
buone capacità comunicative e organizzative
padronanza del pacchetto Office e della posta elettronica
atteggiamento collaborativo e orientamento al cliente
