About the role
Inseriamo nel nostro organico un Addetto/a gestione clienti da dedicare alle attività di front office e coordinamento richieste. La figura svolgerà compiti di contatto iniziale e aggiornamento costante dei dati relativi ai clienti attivi e potenziali.
Mansioni principali:
gestione delle richieste telefoniche ed e-mail e inserimento dei dati su gestionale TeamSystem
pianificazione e conferma appuntamenti con i consulenti interni
aggiornamento settimanale delle anagrafiche clienti e verifica scadenze contrattuali
monitoraggio dell'avanzamento pratiche e redazione di report sintetici per la direzione
supporto al team commerciale nei follow-up post incontro
Offerta e benefit:
contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi finalizzato a indeterminato, orario tempo pieno

Requisiti:
diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
buona capacità di utilizzo di Excel e software gestionali
attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di organizzare più attività in parallelo
