About the role
Realtà commerciale attiva nella distribuzione di prodotti destinati al consumatore finale ricerca una risorsa da inserire nel team commerciale con mansioni di supporto alla gestione dati e attività di sviluppo clienti, finalizzata all’aggiornamento e al miglioramento delle informazioni aziendali a supporto dei processi di vendita.
Attività previste:
Inserimento, aggiornamento e gestione dei dati relativi a clienti e potenziali clienti su CRM e piattaforme aziendali;
Supporto all’attività di acquisizione e qualificazione dei contatti commerciali;
Verifica e aggiornamento delle anagrafiche clienti e prospect;
Monitoraggio e pulizia dei database commerciali per attività di marketing e vendita;
Supporto al team commerciale nella preparazione di liste e report per attività di sviluppo commerciale;
Archiviazione e gestione digitale della documentazione commerciale.
Requisiti richiesti:
Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore;
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
Familiarità con strumenti digitali e CRM (anche base);
Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e orientamento al risultato;
Buone capacità organizzative e proattività.
Offerta e condizioni:
Contratto di apprendistato full time;
Formazione retribuita sulle procedure aziendali e sugli strumenti di gestione clienti.
