Duties
Develop and maintain client relationships through outside sales efforts and networking.
Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate products and services.
Provide expert guidance on insurance sales, benefits administration, and financial planning.
Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure client satisfaction.
Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and the customer base.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions through sales administration practices.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information.

Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales outcomes.

Familiarity with insurance sales and benefits administration is advantageous.
