This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively and supporting employees across the full employment lifecycle.
About the role
As a People Services Officer, you’ll deliver responsive and effective support to employees, managers and internal stakeholders across a range of people processes.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth workforce administration, maintaining compliance and contributing to a positive employee experience across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
Administering key employment lifecycle processes including contracts, onboarding and compliance checks
Providing timely, accurate and professional support to employees and managers
Acting as a first point of contact for People Services queries
Escalating complex matters where appropriate
Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy
Supporting consistent and compliant people processes
Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and service delivery enhancements
This is a permanent, full time position and the salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 per annum including Superannuation.

Qualifications
About you
You are organised, customer-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. You bring strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in HR and people operations.
You will have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related discipline
Entry-level to intermediate knowledge of recruitment and general HR practices
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Experience working with technology and information systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience working in a HR or recruitment team within a professional office environment
A proactive mindset and interest in continuous improvement
Working with Children Check clearance (NSW)
National Police Clearance will be required for the role paid for by Aspect
