Your New Role
Working with the Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the business in all aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition activity. This includes sourcing activity, contractor management and ad hoc recruitment administration tasks.
Please note this role is full time, contract opportunity ending in March 2027.
Some responsibilities include:
Proactively identify, engage and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical skill areas and key role types through various sourcing strategies and Talent Acquisition initiatives;
Support end to end process of recruitment across volume hiring;
Contractor management;
Review and improve all recruitment process supporting documentation to ensure it is accurate and reflective of current processes;
Produce regular Talent Acquisition reporting as required; and
Administer the Talent Referral Incentive plan on a regular basis, ensuring compliance to policy and timely payments.
How do you exceed our expectations?

Strong experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role;
Knowledge and evidence of application of contemporary recruitment practices and requirements;
Exposure to Contingent/Contractor recruitment practices (highly regarded);
Experience within Financial Services (highly regarded);
Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people - internal and external;
Innovative problem solving and decision-making with a focus on service delivery excellence and achievement of business objectives;
Results orientated, excellent analytical, technical and problem solving-skills, attention to detail and administrative ability; and
You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
