About the role

This is a great opportunity to join BOQ Group’s Retail Bank Transformation program, where you’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with our customers during a critical period of change.

As our Digital Communications Program Manager, you’ll design and deliver customer communication programs that support large-scale migration and transformation activity. Working within Adobe Campaign Standard, you’ll bring communications to life, building campaigns that are scalable, personalised and aligned to the broader customer journey.

You’ll sit at the centre of marketing, data and technology, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear, customer-focused communications. From building and configuring campaigns, to testing and validating data and workflows, your work will ensure that every message lands exactly as intended.

This role is fast-paced and impactful. You’ll be supporting high-volume, time-critical communications tied to key program milestones, while also helping uplift how we manage customer data, segmentation and personalisation. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys working across systems, solving problems, and bringing structure to complexity, all while keeping the customer front of mind.

About you

You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology and communications. You bring a strong understanding of how campaigns are built and delivered, and you’re confident working with platforms like Adobe Campaign Standard (or similar) to bring customer journeys to life.

You’ve worked with customer data and understand how segmentation, personalisation and data mapping come together to create meaningful communication experiences. You’re naturally detail-oriented and take pride in getting things right, from validating data through to ensuring communications are fully tested and ready for release.

Collaboration is where you shine. You’re comfortable working across marketing, product and technology teams, and you know how to translate business needs into practical, well-executed outcomes. You’re organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities, especially when timelines are tight and the stakes are high.

Most importantly, you bring a mindset of ownership and curiosity. You’re happy working in a changing environment, you take initiative to solve problems, and you build strong, trusted relationships with those around you.
