About the role

Here’s a exciting opportunity to be based from one of our high performing training hubs. In this role you will get the opportunity to partner with the branch leaders and the team to expedite your knowledge.

As part of the Branch Staff team at Viadux in Wetherill Park, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Become a trusted team member and have the opportunity to move within the region and support other branches to share your expertise.

Your day-to-day

A typical day involves:

Providing customer service and information about products

Providing quotes both in person and over the phone

Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities

Help keep the branch tidy and safe

Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone

Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate

Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems

Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends

Wants to develop their career - either locally or within the broader network.
