About The Role

Are you a commercially minded Business Analyst who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insight?

APG is seeking a Business Analyst to lead reporting and analytics projects, own our business data structure, and support ongoing improvements across our core business systems.

This is a whole-of-business role partnering with Operations, Sales, Product, Pricing & Performance, Finance, People & Culture, and IT to deliver accurate insights, structured data governance, and practical system enhancements.

You will:

Engage stakeholders to define reporting needs, KPIs, and success measures

Translate business requirements into structured reporting briefs

Provide analysis and insight to improve sales, operations, inventory, and profitability performance

Define reporting requirements and collaborate with the Data Analyst to deliver dashboards and performance reports.

Build forecasting and planning models in collaboration with business leaders

Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities across departments

Support business case development for system or process improvements

Drive data-driven decision-making culture across APG

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across APG systems

About You:

You will bring:

Experience in Business Analysis, Commercial Analysis, or Business Intelligence roles

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including requirements gathering and workshop facilitation

Demonstrated experience defining KPIs and delivering performance reporting frameworks

Advanced analytical capability with Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI front-end focus), with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights

Commercial acumen and experience working with ERP or operational systems in a performance-driven environment
