About the role

Role Type: 12 month contract

Hours: Casual or part time (15.5 hours per week)

Salary: $110,279 – $117,029 p.a plus super (pro rata)

The opportunity:

Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI) is seeking a Senior Project Officer (Senior Facilitator) to join a national team delivering education and learning programs focused on improving outcomes for children and families through evidence-informed and family-centred approaches. The successful applicant will facilitate online and face-to-face workshops, contribute to e-learning development, and support stakeholder engagement and project activities.

This position can be offered as part-time (15.2 hours per week) or casual. Occasional evening work, weekend delivery, and regional or interstate travel may be required.

What you’ll do

Deliver online and face-to-face education and learning programs

Support the development and delivery of education and learning products

Manage project activities and stakeholder relationships

Facilitate workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Support promotion and growth of education and learning offerings

What you’ll bring

Experience designing and delivering education and training programs

Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience in relational practice and family-centred care

Demonstrated project management and organisational skills

Relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience in a related field
