We are seeking an Information Management / BIM professional to support project delivery through structured digital and data-driven processes. This role will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure information is effectively planned, managed, and delivered in line with project requirements and industry standards.You will play a key role in enabling coordinated design outcomes, supporting BIM execution, and improving the consistency and quality of deliverables across complex projects. This is well suited to someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, data, and engineering design.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of Information Management and BIM plans, procedures, and workflows
Assist with proposal development and contribute to the presentation of digital strategies to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Information Management standards, including ISO19650 and quality processes
Manage data flows and work processes to enable consistent, data-centric project delivery across documents, drawings and models
Support design coordination activities, including model federation, clash detection, and visual coordination across disciplines
Promote and guide teams in the use of digital tools to improve design efficiency and coordination outcomes
Contribute to risk management by identifying and addressing Information Management and digital delivery risks
About You
You will hold a qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and bring experience working within EPCM and/or Design-Build environments. With at least five years’ experience in Information Management or BIM coordination, you are confident working to ISO19650 standards and supporting multidisciplinary teams. You are a strong communicator who collaborates effectively, enjoys sharing knowledge, and can influence teams to adopt best-practice digital workflows. Experience with Bentley Open Suite, Autodesk tools, and a solid understanding of project delivery fundamentals will be highly regarded.
