Job Summary We are a model agency and a creative agency focusing on production within the fashion, and entertainment industries. Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skills in fashion, music, film, and entertainment. We have various roles that will be responsible for handling duties related to talent management, model management, production, marketing, advertising, and public relations. We are hiring for Showroom positions as well as roles working with celebrities, films, models, production, etc. Individuals interested in modeling, fashion, fashion design, fashion merchandising, acting, music engineering, marketing, videography, photography, cinematography, marketing, PR, press, finance, and business administration are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Clients outreach and management in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service at all times
Manage incoming clients through multi-communicative systems, making meetings and overseeing bookings
Support project delivery and management tasks accurately and efficiently
Assist with procurement and logistics to facilitate projects
Assist in creative direction of projects
Support fashion week initiatives in bookings and production
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Personal assistant experience is advantageous but not required
Pay is commission based.
