Wir sind ein junges dreiköpfiges Team und suchen Unterstützung im operativen Geschäft sowie spannende Projekte rund um die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unserer HR-Prozesse. Du hast die Möglichkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten, kreative Lösungen mitzugestalten und praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich zu sammeln.
Your Tasks
Unterstütze uns im operativen Tagesgeschäft des HR-Bereichs
Recherchiere zu aktuellen HR-Themen und Trends
Unterstütze uns bei der Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen und Dokumenten
Pflege und verwalte Daten im Personalmanagementsystem
Wirke bei der Optimierung und Automatisierung von administrativen HR-Aufgaben mit
Arbeite aktiv an HR-Projekten mit (z.B. bei der unternehmensweiten Erstellung aussagekräftiger Stellenprofile in Abstimmung mit dem Recruiting)
What we look for
Du bist immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) im Bereich BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personal, im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang?
Dein Studium dauert idealerweise noch mindestens ein Jahr?
Du hast Interesse an Personalmanagement Themen, Arbeitsrecht und Digitalisierung?
Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich? Klasse, ist aber keine Bedingung.
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Google Workspace, bringst Hands-on Mentalität sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit
