Du übernimmst die Buchhaltung für zugewiesene PERGOLUX-Gesellschaften - von der laufenden Buchführung bis zum Jahresabschluss. Kein Mandatsstapel, kein Billing im 15-Minuten-Takt. Ein Unternehmen, das du in- und auswendig kennst. Ja, es gibt auch Zuarbeit - aber für einen CFO, nicht für zwölf Mandate gleichzeitig.
Die Rolle hat direkten Einfluss auf die Qualität unserer Finanzdaten und damit auf echte Entscheidungen - nicht auf PowerPoints für den nächsten Klienten.
Was du tust
Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Buchhaltung für zugewiesene Gesellschaften, HGB-konform, vollständig, sauber
Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse: Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen, Abschreibungen, Bewertungsthemen
Konten- und Bilanzabstimmungen mit echtem Fokus auf Datenqualität
Latente Steuern, USt-Voranmeldungen und eigenständige Kommunikation mit dem Finanzamt - Voranmeldungen, Betriebsprüfungen, Anfragen. Du bist der direkte Ansprechpartner, nicht der Weiterleitende
Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater
Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem CFO - du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen operativer Buchhaltung und strategischer Finanzführung, inklusive Zuarbeit für Entscheidungsvorlagen und Reportings
Was du mitbringst
5+ Jahre Erfahrung, davon mindestens 2 Jahre in der ganzheitlichen Buchhaltung - nicht nur ein Teilbereich
IHK Bilanzbuchhalter:in oder Bachelor in Finance/Accounting
Solide HGB-Praxis: Kontenabstimmung, Monats- und Jahresabschluss, USt-Meldewesen
Erfahrung mit DATEV und Lucanet; ERP-Kenntnisse (Business Central, NetSuite, Odoo o.ä.) sind ein Plus
Umgang mit BI-Tools wie Looker oder Power BI
Du kannst Buchhaltungsthemen so erklären, dass auch Nicht-Finance-Stakeholder folgen können
