We’re looking for a Senior FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst to drive financial strategy and performance across our EMEA healthcare business.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of finance, commercial strategy, and operations—turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence business performance.

What You’ll Do
Be a strategic partner to the business
Partner with commercial leaders on revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and go-to-market initiatives
Analyze pipeline performance, market trends, and sales data to inform decision-making
Support deal evaluations, investment decisions, and incentive plan effectiveness
Own planning and forecasting for a global region
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for our EMEA healthcare business
Build financial models (scenario, sensitivity, ROI) to support strategic decisions
Partner with global FP&A and regional leaders to align assumptions and drive performance
Turn data into insight
Deliver monthly reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights to leadership
Build and enhance dashboards using tools like Tableau
Continuously improve forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and analytical rigor
What You Bring
4–7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or operations finance
Experience supporting regional or global businesses (EMEA exposure preferred)
Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.)
Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to partner across functions and geographies
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
