Job and recruitment context
Your missions
As a QA Analyst, you will work with QA analysts and QA automators to establish the overall testing and quality strategy & execution and will work within one of our agile teams.
You will:
Ensure the overall quality of the product:
Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Leader in functional and non-functional requirements analyses
Participate in grooming sessions and plan new features testing campaigns in advance
Perform manually system and integration testing, analyse results of automated testing and report on findings
Be part of release management processes by performing release acceptance testing and reporting on release quality status
Structure regression testing:
Maintain test repository up-to-date by creating and reviewing new test cases and revisioning existing ones
Closely collaborate with QA automation engineers and developers on overall testing automation strategy
Provide clear requirements for testing automation by adapting manual tests cases
Contribute to continuous improvement:
Support the technical team on good practices in terms of quality assurance in software development
Our Stack:
Methodology: Agile (Scrum) with 2 weeks sprint, followed by production releases
Test Automation Tools: Cypress/Playwright (UI automation and API)
Test management: Xray
Application languages: Typescript, Nodejs, Angular 12
Database: MongoDB - Maria DB - PostgreSQL
CI / CD: Gitlab
To be considered for this position, the following skills have to be obvious on your education / experiences:
You have around 3-4 years of experience in software testing and quality, in a cloud company
You have good communication and interpersonal skills that you will use to build a close relationship with internal stakeholders
You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
You have a good understanding of the industry software quality practices
You have good documentation and organization skills
You provide attention to detail and can understand technical issues even if you are not an expert
You are rigorous and know how to adapt yourself in an agile environment
Experience in a highly regulated field is a plus (Health, Banking, Government) (Bonus)
Experience in software as medical device (Bonus)

Salary
For this job (full-time), you have a base salary depending on your experience (50-55k per year)
Employees stock option plan (BSPCE) subject to customary conditions
