Job Summary:

Ventra Health is seeking a Program Management Analyst with excellent analytical, communication and software skills to support the design, implementation, and management of new business systems and processes used by a wide range of Ventra Stakeholders.

Essential Functions and Tasks:

Work with the business to gather information and develop system requirements and mockups for key workflows

Work with the business to gather information and develop system requirements and mockups for reports and dashboards

Work with vendor teams to assist in the design and build of rule-based workflows, automation, reporting packages, and dashboards

Understand business processes and produce process flow diagrams

Liaise with the business to help understand and answer system related questions and troubleshoot issues

Prioritize and manage a significant volume of escalation inflow, ensuring issues are triaged, routed and resolved in a timely manner

Manage reporting and dashboards to ensure continuous transparency to stakeholders at various levels

Adapt system configurations based on identified business needs

Coordinate testing scenarios for system changes and enhancements and work with teams to move changes to production

Ensure proper change management for system changes as well at attend Governance meetings.

Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s or equivalent training

At least three (3) years of Business Analyst experience. Must include experience working within a high performing reporting team

One to two (1-2) years of computer support experience, preferred.

Knowledge of Monday.com or equivalent system ticketing platform preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong knowledge and experience with Healthcare reporting, Analytics, and Business reporting software

Ability to develop and/or modify and adapt systems, application configurations, and programs to meet individually specified needs.

Good communication and client-facing skills

Ability to be flexible and effectively work with all levels of the organization

HealthCare/RCM/Financial systems is a major plus

Working in an Agile environment is a plus

Candidates must have hands-on experience working in software configuration, reporting and management

Ability to interpret and evaluate business needs and to determine appropriate alternative solutions.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Ability to oversee multiple priorities.

Understand and comply with company policies and procedures

Must be able to prioritize and accomplish objectives in a timely fashion

Office Skills:

Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner

Basic touch 10 key skills

Basic Math skills

Understand and comply with company policies and procedures

Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel

Compensation:

Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
