Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Food Service Sales Representative based in Dallas, TX who can hit the ground running. This role is ideal for a proven industry professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment, builds strong relationships, and knows how to drive meaningful, sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to DRC’s presence in the foodservice channel across key distributors, operators, and regional accounts.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across key categories including smoked sausage, cooked proteins, and marinated meats.
Manage and grow existing customer relationships through consistent follow-up, performance tracking, and partnership-building.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and R&D to deliver customer-specific programs and solutions.
Maintain a strong understanding of category trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in foodservice sales, ideally within meat, protein, or grocery-related categories.
Established network within foodservice distributors, brokers, and operator accounts.
Proven track record of sales growth and account management success.
Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Based in Dallas, TX (or within daily commuting distance).
