About Complete H2O Minerals
Complete H2O Minerals is a growing liquid mineral supplement manufacturer providing high-quality mineral products to retail customers, wholesale accounts, wellness professionals, health food stores, clinics, and white-label partners.
We manufacture and sell a wide range of liquid mineral supplements and are expanding our wholesale, practitioner, and white-label customer base. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and professional salesperson to help us reconnect with existing customers, acquire new customers, and onboard potential wholesale clients.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Remote Sales Representative to help grow Complete H2O Minerals by contacting existing customers, following up with past wholesale accounts, finding new business opportunities, and providing basic onboarding information to potential wholesale clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making phone calls, sending emails, using social media, tracking leads, following up consistently, and building professional relationships with health-focused businesses and practitioners.
The right person will be self-motivated, organized, friendly, persistent, and able to communicate clearly with customers and business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Existing Customer Outreach
Contact previous customers and wholesale accounts.
Reconnect with inactive customers.
Follow up with customers who have not ordered recently.
Encourage reorders from existing accounts.
Answer basic questions about products, wholesale ordering, and account setup.
Keep notes on customer needs, interests, and follow-up dates.
New Customer Acquisition
Research and identify potential new wholesale customers.
Contact health food stores, wellness centers, holistic clinics, chiropractors, naturopaths, nutritionists, functional medicine offices, spas, supplement stores, and other relevant businesses.
Introduce Complete H2O Minerals and explain our wholesale and white-label opportunities.
Send product information, pricing sheets, sample kit information, and onboarding materials.
Follow up with prospects consistently until they either place an order, request more information, or decline.
Wholesale Client Onboarding
Help new wholesale customers understand how to order.
Explain wholesale account setup.
Provide basic information about pricing, minimums, reorder options, payment options, and product availability.
Help guide new accounts to the correct order form, website login, or contact method.
Coordinate with internal team members when a customer needs additional support.
Social Media and Online Outreach
Use social media platforms to identify and contact potential wholesale customers, practitioners, stores, influencers, and wellness businesses.
Help find relevant groups, pages, clinics, stores, and wellness professionals.
Send professional outreach messages.
Track social media leads and follow up appropriately.
Recommend new outreach tools, platforms, or strategies that may help the company grow.
Lead Tracking and Reporting
Maintain an organized lead list or CRM.
Track every contact, including name, business, phone number, email, date contacted, interest level, and next step.
Provide regular updates on calls made, emails sent, follow-ups completed, leads generated, and sales opportunities.
Report customer feedback, objections, product requests, and potential opportunities to management.

Important Communication Guidelines
Because Complete H2O Minerals sells dietary supplement products, this position requires professional and responsible communication.
The salesperson must not:
Make medical claims.
Say that products cure, treat, prevent, or diagnose any disease.
Give medical advice.
Promise discounts, payment terms, refunds, credits, or custom pricing without approval.
Promise delivery dates without confirming inventory and production status.
Guess about formulations, testing, or product details.
The salesperson should focus on basic product information, wholesale program details, ordering instructions, and customer onboarding.
Performance Expectations
The Sales Representative will be expected to:
Contact new and existing leads consistently.
Keep accurate notes.
Follow up with prospects on schedule.
Help bring in repeat orders.
Help create new wholesale accounts.
Communicate clearly with the internal team.
Represent Complete H2O Minerals professionally.
Suggested weekly goals may include:
Contact 50 or more leads per week.
Complete regular follow-ups with existing customers.
Generate qualified wholesale opportunities.
Help onboard new wholesale clients.
Track all activity and report progress weekly.
Compensation
This is a part-time remote position starting at $18 per hour plus commission, with an expected starting schedule of 10–15 hours per week.
There is an opportunity for additional hours and increased earning potential based on performance, sales activity, and revenue generated.
Starting Pay Structure
Base Pay: $18 per hour
Starting Hours: 10–15 hours per week
Position Type: Part-time remote
Trial Period: 60 days
Commission Opportunities
Commission is paid on collected revenue, meaning the customer payment must be received before commission is earned.
Existing Customer Reorders
3% commission on collected revenue from existing customer reorders
New Wholesale Accounts
7% commission on the first paid order from a new wholesale account
3% commission on reorders from that new account for the first 6 months
White-Label or Larger B2B Accounts
For qualified white-label, bulk, or larger B2B opportunities, commission may be structured as:
5% commission on collected revenue for the first 6 months
Or, when approved by management, a flat bonus may be offered:
$50 bonus for a first wholesale order over $250
$100 bonus for a first wholesale order over $500
$250 bonus for a new white-label account after the first paid order
Growth Opportunity
This position may grow into more hours or a larger role as performance increases.
Additional hours may be considered when the salesperson consistently generates new or recovered revenue, helps open new wholesale accounts, supports repeat orders, and maintains accurate lead tracking and follow-up activity.
