Required Skills & Experiences
3+ years of B2B sales experience
2+ years selling commercial or architectural lighting
Knowledge of controls, dimming, and emergency lighting
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Experience working with contractors, architects, engineers, or distributors
Handling large commercial projects from quote through close
Understanding project timelines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Maintaining sales pipelines and follow-up schedules
Ability to read lighting schedules and construction drawings
Odoo CRM software experience
Ability to read construction plans and lighting schedules
Knowledge of eCommerce and internet sales (Plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
