Right Resource HR Consulting is assisting one of our clients in identifying qualified candidates for an Account Manager position with facilities maintenance experience.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Janitorial Account Manager to oversee daily janitorial operations and ensure exceptional service delivery for client accounts. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while managing staffing, scheduling, operational performance, and compliance with service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily janitorial operations to ensure service excellence and contract compliance.

Manage and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and responsiveness.

Coordinate employee schedules, staffing levels, and operational coverage.

Supervise janitorial staff and provide leadership, coaching, and performance support.

Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.

Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.

Address and resolve operational issues, customer concerns, and service challenges in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client expectations.

Maintain accurate operational records and reports as needed.

Travel to Memphis, TN for corporate meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of janitorial experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.

Previous experience in facilities management or the janitorial industry is required.

Strong understanding of janitorial industry best practices and facility maintenance standards.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.

Energetic, driven, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.

Proficiency with scheduling software and basic Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work on-site daily and maintain high service quality standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
