About the role

Job Summary Trade of Parts in Aviation (TPA) is a Miami-based global aircraft parts trading company with operations across the US and Turkey. We are hiring an experienced Operations & Sales Manager to lead our Miami office and oversee our Turkey-based team. This is a senior, cross-functional role combining team leadership, sales management, and hands-on trading. You will be the operational backbone of the business — managing people, driving revenue, and ensuring daily execution is sharp across both locations.

Duties

Manage and lead the Miami office team and remote staff in Turkey, coordinating effectively across time zones

Set and track weekly and monthly sales targets; hold the team accountable to results

Actively support and participate in purchasing, trading and sales operations — quoting, closing, and deal management

Oversee and manage teardown sales projects from start to finish

Develop relations and lead communications with the tardown company to streamline company’s teardown projects, new vendors and customers

Leverage personal industry network to generate new business and supplier relationships

Maintain clear communication between Miami and Turkey teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and deals

Implement and improve operational processes for efficiency and accuracy

Manage the company ERP system to generate PO, SO, and Invoice

Report to senior management on performance, pipeline, and operational updates

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in aircraft parts trading and/or sales — required

Established network in the aviation parts industry (airlines, MROs, brokers, lessors)

Prior teardown sales experience — strongly preferred

Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring a team

Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and cross-cultural

Ability to commute to the Miami, FL office on a regular basis

Self-starter who can operate independently and manage up and down the organization

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
