About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced E-Commerce PPC Specialist with strong Amazon marketing expertise to drive growth across Amazon Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing channels.
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role for someone who understands how to scale eCommerce brands through full-funnel digital marketing, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
You will own Amazon PPC strategy and execution while also supporting broader growth initiatives across paid social, email marketing, and marketplace optimization.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing campaigns that directly impact revenue, profitability, and long-term customer growth.

What You’ll DoAmazon PPC Management
Develop, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to improve traffic, conversions, and profitability
Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and product targeting analysis
Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and retargeting campaigns
Monitor campaign performance daily and identify scaling opportunities
Reduce wasted ad spend while improving ROAS and conversion rates
Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches
Analyze competitor activity, keyword trends, and marketplace performance
Amazon Seller Central & Marketplace Operations
Manage product listings, pricing, and marketplace performance inside Amazon Seller Central
Optimize listings for visibility, keyword relevance, and conversion performance
Monitor reviews, ratings, customer feedback, and inventory levels
Identify opportunities to improve listing quality and sales performance
Support product launches and marketplace growth initiatives
Full-Stack Performance Marketing
Build and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns that support eCommerce growth
Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
Develop coordinated cross-channel marketing campaigns across Amazon, paid social, and email
Support audience segmentation, retention campaigns, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
Assist with creative testing, offer positioning, and campaign optimization
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Track campaign performance across Amazon, Meta, and email marketing channels
Analyze metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and revenue contribution
Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Use performance data to improve targeting, messaging, and overall campaign efficiency
Recommend new testing strategies and growth opportunities based on campaign data

Required Experience & Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising tools
Experience running Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
Experience managing email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a remote environment
Strong understanding of eCommerce performance marketing fundamentals
Preferred Experience
Experience working with D2C or eCommerce brands
Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or additional paid media channels
Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives and email campaigns
Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A/B testing
Experience scaling fast-growing consumer product brands
Familiarity with attribution and full-funnel marketing strategies
What a Typical Day Looks Like
An E-Commerce PPC Specialist’s day revolves around campaign optimization, marketplace growth, and performance analysis. You will:
Review Amazon, Facebook, and email campaign performance metrics
Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives
Monitor Amazon Seller Central performance and listing health
Test new keywords, audiences, and campaign structures
Launch or optimize email marketing campaigns
Analyze ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion performance
Coordinate with the client team on promotions and product launches
Prepare reports and recommendations for growth opportunities
In short: you are responsible for driving profitable eCommerce growth through Amazon PPC, paid media, and full-funnel marketing execution.
