Liderar la estrategia de marketing en el mercado mexicano, con un enfoque central en el posicionamiento estratégico, la construcción de marca (brand building), el incremento del awareness y el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
Principales Responsabilidades
Desarrollar el plan estratégico para aumentar el reconocimiento de marca en México, equilibrando la construcción de la master brand y las submarcas de categorías específicas.
Liderar la implementación de campañas, aportando la perspectiva del mercado mexicano para garantizar la relevancia de las acciones 360° desarrolladas por el equipo de Comunicación.
Explorar pilares como la sostenibilidad como un diferencial competitivo frente a los competidores globales.
Colaborar con los equipos de Innovación y Comunicación, actuando como la voz del mercado local y asegurando que las demandas de México impulsen el desarrollo de marcas y productos.
Reportar de forma matricial (dotted line) al General Manager de México, brindando un soporte sólido para las decisiones regionales.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Conocimiento del mercado CFT (Cuidado Personal, Fragancias y Tocador) mexicano.
Experiencia en empresas locales de cosméticos, casas de perfumería o sectores de bienes de consumo de rotación rápida (FMCG).
Sólida trayectoria en construcción de marca ( branding ) y generación de awareness .
Deseable: Experiencia previa o conocimientos en Venta Directa.
