About the role
The Software Update Automation developer is responsible for the design and implementation of core automation framework required to measure the quality of our software before launch. The primary goal is to ensure the software updates are delivered to our customers at a high quality and on time.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
3+ year proficiency in object-oriented programming language like Python, C#, C++, or Java.
Prior work experience authoring reliable and robust test automation.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience utilizing Test/QA methodologies.
Extensive experience with objected oriented design and coding skills.
Demonstrated ability to break down difficult problems into manageable tasks.
Design and coding experience with automated testing frameworks, tools, services and physical devices with measurable impact on quality. – prior work experience
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly.
Experience in agile or scrum software development methodologies.
