DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and strategic accounts within the SMS Wholesale segment . This professional will be responsible for developing relationships with carriers , aggregators , and global partners , ensuring sustainable revenue growth , operational excellence , and high- quality customer experience

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Manage and grow a portfolio of SMS Wholesale clients and partners

Identify opportunities to increase traffic volume and profitability

Negotiate pricing , routes , and commercial agreements with strategic partners

Monitor traffic performance, delivery quality , and operational KPIs

Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Routing , Finance , Product , and Operations

Act as a trusted advisor to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions

Conduct market analysis and stay up to date with telecom and CPaaS industry trends

Ensure excellent commercial relationship management and partner support globally

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in SMS Wholesale , telecommunications , or CPaaS ;

Experience in international B2B account management and negotiations ;

Knowledge of SMS routing , pricing , margins , and traffic quality ;

Analytical , commercial , and results-driven mindset;

Advanced English communication skills;

Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
