About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our ETF trading team. Technology is at the core of how we approach our work and every one of our team members is intimately tied to every function of our business. The successful candidate should demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving and critical thinking.

As a key member of the Trading Team, you’ll:

Have end-to-end ownership of the development of algorithms and systematic strategies

Work closely with traders to develop trading strategies

Be responsible for every step of the SDLC, from testing, development, quality-assurance to going-live on production.

Also be responsible for monitoring the performance of our systems in real-time, so as to ensure that everything is running optimally.

We’d love for you to have:

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / Quantitative Finance / Mathematics or the equivalent; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Strong coding capability in modern C++

Good communication skills

Working knowledge of Linux

Performs well independently and collectively as a team

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Knowledge of Financial Markets/Trading is a plus
