About the role
Per uno stabilimento manifatturiero metalmeccanico con circa 80 addetti, attivo su lavorazioni meccaniche conto terzi, si seleziona un/a Addetto/a risorse umane. Inserimento previsto a breve.
La risorsa seguirà attività operative legate all’amministrazione del personale e al supporto dei reparti produttivi, in un contesto dove presenze, turni e adempimenti devono essere gestiti con precisione e continuità. Nello specifico si occuperà di controllo presenze su Zucchetti, verifica anomalie giornaliere di timbratura, predisposizione documenti per contratti, proroghe e comunicazioni obbligatorie, oltre al supporto nella ricerca di profili per officina, magazzino e qualità, mediamente 4-6 inserimenti al mese.
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
esperienza di 1-2 anni nel ruolo
buona conoscenza di Excel e di gestionali HR, preferibilmente Zucchetti
precisione, riservatezza e dimestichezza con presenze, assenze e scadenze contrattuali
interesse per contesti produttivi regolati da procedure e norme di sicurezza
