About the role
Selezioniamo un/una addetto/a risorse umane per l'ufficio HR di una realtà telecomunicazioni con team operativo locale. Il ruolo affianca il responsabile nelle attività di recruiting e nella gestione amministrativa del personale: pubblicazione annunci, screening curriculum e primo contatto con i candidati, organizzazione dei colloqui e aggiornamento agenda selezioni. Gestione e archiviazione digitale dei fascicoli del personale e supporto nella raccolta dati per lo studio paghe.
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola secondaria superiore;
buona dimestichezza con pacchetto Office e posta elettronica;
precisione, riservatezza e capacità di gestire scadenze;
disponibile ad apprendere procedure di selezione e amministrazione.
