About the role
Selezioniamo un/una addetto/a risorse umane per team consulenza servizi a Trento. Cerchiamo una persona autonoma, con esperienza nel ruolo e capacità di gestire operativamente le attività HR quotidiane.
Avrai responsabilità su attività operative e amministrative; le mansioni principali saranno:
gestione assunzioni: predisposizione contratti, proroghe e cessazioni e relative comunicazioni agli enti
amministrazione del personale: prima nota presenze, gestione ferie e permessi, rilevazione ore e inserimento dati su gestionale HR
elaborazione buste paga in collaborazione con consulente esterno e predisposizione documentazione per paghe
gestione pratiche INPS/INAIL e supporto nelle visite mediche e pratiche di malattia
supporto al recruiting: screening CV, convocazione colloqui e gestione agenda candidati
mantenimento e aggiornamento fascicoli personali e pratiche privacy
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
ottima conoscenza strumenti Office e dimestichezza con gestionali HR (TeamSystem, Zucchetti o similari valutati positivamente)
precisione, riservatezza e capacità organizzative
capacità di lavorare in autonomia e a contatto con clienti interni
