About the role
Nel settore dei negozi specializzati, la funzione HR è un ingranaggio centrale. Si selezioniamo un profilo esperto per gestire in autonomia tutte le attività legate al personale, dalla selezione alle relazioni sindacali, in un contesto commerciale strutturato con più punti vendita nella provincia di Terni.
Requisiti:
capacità di gestire processi di recruiting end-to-end in autonomia
dimestichezza con software HR (preferibilmente Zucchetti o Fluida)
ottime doti relazionali e capacità di interfacciarsi con la direzione e con i responsabili di reparto
Il profilo selezionato si occuperà di: gestione delle assunzioni e dei contratti secondo CCNL Commercio, monitoraggio delle presenze e delle variazioni orarie (~30 dipendenti), supporto alle attività di formazione obbligatoria, gestione delle contestazioni disciplinari e dei rapporti con le RSU, reporting mensile alla direzione.
Si valorizza chi ha già affrontato situazioni complesse e sa muoversi con sicurezza tra adempimenti normativi e relazioni umane.
