About the role
Per officina e centro collaudo del comparto automotive a Cremona cerchiamo un/una Addetto/a risorse umane junior. La figura supporterà il team HR nelle attività amministrative e operative rivolte al personale tecnico e di produzione.
Avrai responsabilità su attività concrete quali gestione anagrafiche dipendenti e aggiornamento presenze, supporto nella predisposizione documentazione per assunzioni e trasferimenti, gestione pratiche ferie e permessi e archiviazione digitale dei contratti. Ti occuperai inoltre di screening preliminare delle candidature e organizzazione dei colloqui con i responsabili di reparto, con utilizzo di software gestionale per il personale.
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado
buona dimestichezza con pacchetto Office e strumenti informatici
precisione nella gestione documentale e orientamento ai processi
disponibilità ad interfacciarsi con officina e reparti tecnici
esperienza non richiesta, valutiamo anche prima esperienza
