Stiamo selezionando un/a Assistente Risorse Umane da inserire nel nostro team operativo nel settore della logistica e dei trasporti. Cerchiamo una persona organizzata e attenta ai dettagli, pronta a supportare le attività amministrative e gestionali del personale.
Mansioni principali:
Gestione della documentazione amministrativa del personale (assunzioni, contratti, ferie, permessi)
Supporto nello screening dei curricula e organizzazione dei colloqui conoscitivi
Inserimento e aggiornamento delle anagrafiche dipendenti nei sistemi aziendali
Monitoraggio delle presenze e collaborazione con lo studio paghe
Archiviazione dei fascicoli del personale e gestione della riservatezza
Supporto nei processi di onboarding e formazione del personale
Requisiti:
Diploma di maturità o qualifica professionale
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel in particolare)
Esperienza anche breve in ambito amministrativo o gestione del personale
Precisione, organizzazione e capacità di lavorare in team
Predisposizione all'apprendimento e al problem solving
Offerta e benefit:
Contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi finalizzato a indeterminato
Orario full time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì

Formazione continua sui sistemi aziendali
Ambiente strutturato e team collaborativo
Retribuzione 1.500–1.800 € lordi mensili da CCNL Logistica e Trasporti
