About the role
Per potenziamento del team HR in una struttura di logistica e trasporti a Napoli, ricerchiamo un/una Addetto/a risorse umane da inserire nell'ufficio personale. Il ruolo affianca il responsabile HR nella gestione operativa del personale impiegatizio e operativo in hub logistici e flotte di trasporto.
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
ottima precisione e riservatezza nella gestione dei dati
conoscenza base di Excel e posta elettronica
valutiamo anche candidati senza esperienza pregressa
Mansioni principali:
gestione presenze, rilevazione ore e aggiornamento turni sul gestionale HR
supporto nelle procedure di assunzione, variazioni contrattuali e archiviazione fascicoli
pubblicazione annunci e screening cv per ruoli operativi (magazzino, autisti)
coordinamento scadenze formative, visite mediche e comunicazioni con lo studio paghe
supporto operativo per la predisposizione dei DDT e verifica delle disponibilità del personale nei picchi di attività
Offerta e benefit:
contratto a tempo determinato CCNL Logistica/Trasporti, inserimento previsto a breve
orario full-time su 5 giorni, con possibili esigenze operative in orario flessibile
