About the role
Cerchiamo un/una Addetto/a Risorse Umane da inserire nel nostro team amministrativo presso realtà manifatturiera di Modena. La figura supporterà l'ufficio HR nelle attività operative di gestione del personale, selezione e amministrazione, contribuendo a garantire l'efficienza dei processi interni.
Mansioni principali:
Screening e valutazione dei curricula per le posizioni aperte
Organizzazione dei colloqui di selezione e coordinamento con i responsabili di reparto
Aggiornamento delle anagrafiche del personale e gestione dei dati tramite software HR
Monitoraggio delle presenze e delle assenze tramite sistemi informatizzati
Supporto nella gestione di ferie, permessi e altre pratiche amministrative
Archiviazione e controllo della documentazione relativa al personale
Collaborazione con i reparti per il coordinamento delle comunicazioni organizzative
Offerta e benefit:
Contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi finalizzato a indeterminato
Orario full time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì
Formazione interna e affiancamento durante l'inserimento
Buoni pasto e Welfare aziendale
Requisiti:
Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore, preferibilmente in ambito amministrativo
Esperienza di 1-2 anni in attività amministrativa o gestione personale
Conoscenza del pacchetto Office e buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici
Capacità organizzative, precisione e spiccato senso dell'ordine
Ottime capacità comunicative, scritte e verbali
Disponibilità richiesta entro 2 settimane.
