Cerchiamo una risorsa da inserire nel nostro team HR per supportare le attività amministrative e organizzative legate alla gestione del personale nel settore logistica e trasporti. Avrai l'occasione di lavorare in un contesto strutturato, contribuendo direttamente ai processi interni e al benessere operativo dell'azienda.
Mansioni principali:
Gestione amministrativa del personale: inserimento dati, aggiornamento anagrafiche sui sistemi aziendali
Raccolta e verifica presenze, ferie, permessi e turni del personale operativo
Preparazione e archiviazione della documentazione contrattuale e pratica
Supporto nell'organizzazione di colloqui, visite mediche e attività formative
Collaborazione con i reparti per il coordinamento delle esigenze organizzative
Monitoraggio delle scadenze amministrative e degli adempimenti obbligatori

Orario full-time dal lunedì al venerdì
Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi con possibilità di stabilizzazione
Requisiti:
Diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado
Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e pacchetto Office
Precisione, riservatezza e capacità organizzative
Disponibilità entro 2-3 settimane
Contratto a tempo determinato 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga.
