About the role
Cerchiamo un/una Addetto/a risorse umane per realtà operativa nel settore logistica e trasporti con sede a Catania. Nel nostro team seguirai le attività amministrative e operative dell'area personale, contribuendo a rendere più efficiente la gestione dei collaboratori in magazzino e trasporto.
Mansioni principali:
gestione presenze e controllo timbrature con il gestionale HR e report settimanali al responsabile
predisposizione documentazione per assunzioni, proroghe e cessazioni e supporto nelle pratiche di inserimento
screening iniziale candidati, coordinamento colloqui e comunicazioni con i candidati
archiviazione digitale fascicoli personale e supporto al controllo dei documenti di guida e certificazioni
collaborazione con ufficio pianificazione turni per copertura esigenze operative del magazzino
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
buona dimestichezza con Office (Excel) e sistemi gestionali HR
precisione nella gestione documentale e rispetto della riservatezza dei dati
esperienza non richiesta, valutiamo anche candidature senza esperienza pregressa
Offerta e benefit:
contratto a tempo determinato, CCNL Logistica/Trasporti
orario full-time

Formazione continua in affiancamento operativo
Rimborso spese per trasferte occasionali e Convenzioni aziendali
Orario full-time 40h settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì.
