Per la sede operativa stiamo selezionando un/una Assistente Risorse Umane dedicato/a al supporto dei reparti logistica e trasporti. Nel nostro team ti occuperai di attività pratiche e veloci, in contatto quotidiano con magazzino e autisti. Insieme costruiremo processi semplici e puntuali.
Mansioni principali: inserimento presenze settimanali su gestionale (TeamSystem/Zucca HR), raccolta giustificativi e turni, predisposizione documenti per assunzioni/proroghe e invio allo studio paghe, aggiornamento anagrafiche e fascicoli digitali, supporto a convocazioni visite mediche e corsi sicurezza, report base in Excel su straordinari e ferie.
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola secondaria
dimestichezza con Excel (tabelle semplici, filtri) e posta elettronica
precisione, riservatezza e capacità di seguire scadenze
esperienza di 1-2 anni nel ruolo o in amministrazione del personale
disponibilità entro 2 settimane
