aggiornamento dei dati anagrafici e contrattuali dei dipendenti tramite gestionale Zucchetti
registrazione presenze e predisposizione dei file per lo studio paghe
raccolta e archiviazione digitale della documentazione del personale
supporto nella pubblicazione annunci, screening curricula e organizzazione colloqui
collaborazione all’organizzazione di corsi interni e attivite0 di onboarding
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola superiore ad indirizzo amministrativo o tecnico
buona dimestichezza con Excel e strumenti informatici
precisione, riservatezza e attitudine alla collaborazione
Offerta e benefit:
contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi, full-time dal lunedec al venerdec secondo CCNL Commercio
