About the role
Per ampliamento del nostro team amministrativo, ricerchiamo una risorsa da inserire nell'area Risorse Umane a supporto della gestione operativa del personale e delle attività organizzative interne.
La figura collaborerà direttamente con l'ufficio HR e si occuperà di:
Aggiornamento e gestione della documentazione del personale (contratti, comunicazioni, anagrafiche)
Monitoraggio delle presenze e verifica dei dati nel gestionale aziendale
Supporto all'archiviazione documentale cartacea e digitale
Assistenza nelle comunicazioni interne e coordinamento con i punti vendita
Supporto alle attività formative e alla gestione delle assenze
Requisiti:
Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
Buone capacità organizzative e predisposizione alla riservatezza
Conoscenza base di Excel, Word e strumenti informatici
Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità relazionali
Non è richiesta esperienza pregressa; valutiamo anche prime esperienze
Offerta e benefit:
Contratto a tempo determinato 6 mesi, rinnovabile
